How It Works
Start earning from your first booking. No signup required.
Your tier level is based on the total amount you’ve spent within a 12-month period from your first eligible booking.
Tiers reset automatically 12 months after your first purchase, so you can start a fresh cycle of rewards each year.
All tier rewards (Silver through Essence Circle) are strictly limited to one (1) redemption per client per 12-month earning cycle

Important Details

Rewards apply only to bookings made via Fresha.
Bookings made through Treatwell or ClassPass do not count toward your tier progress.

Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 6 months of unlocking each tier.

Tiers reset 12 months after your first eligible purchase, allowing you to begin a new earning cycle.

Discounts and credits cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
